1	Is it even possible to become 'alpha' if you have a small body frame? I've read all the responses, so thank you all. This one stuck with me the most though. So, I guess I'll start lifting as soon as possible and try to get over my insecurities. It's unfortunate that my genetics suck, but nothing I can do about that. I actually still have the best luck out of everyone in my family, and it's no wonder this is what came out of it, but whatever.
