I agree to disagree. As an attorney I know that there are so many factors in every case that none will ever be clear cut enough to meet your standards. While we are tripping over perfecting our arguments we are being buried under an avalanche of misandry that won’t even listen.

That’s true, I agree we should not misrepresent the facts. And we should not stoop to their level. Both very good points. I’m not sure what country you are from. I’m an American lawyer and an American male would not have gotten probation for this. This is evidence of a double standard and it does belong here.
