It was mostly when I was new. I think I was directed by a comment in 2X. It didn't last very long at all.

Perhaps next time you can actually come to /r/mensrights to see what they are about.

You are misrepresenting facts. This case is tragic enough without you having to do that. First, she is not pregnant. She gave birth prior to her crime. Second, this has nothing to do with lighter or harsher sentences. Her proposed sentence is a mandatory sentence under the law. Third she has not been sentenced yet. Fourth, nowhere have I ever heard any MRA's wanting women to be unfairly treated or unfairly charged with crimes. The Florida Stand Your Ground law is vague. A lot of people will argu…

It seems to be how Texas refers to domestic violence.

It is honestly amazing how many women claim to be for equality in that thread while dismissing the rights of men. Sad. I was just accused of "invading their space". And not letting then talk about their rights, which apparently have nothing to do with me.

Apparently she has been arrested for "Assault Family Violence".

I guess the main issues I relate to are custody/child support cases. I've known too many women to get custody of their children unfairly, and many men lose custody unfairly. To be fair, I've seen the reverse as well, but the majority of people still have the thought process of "Well, she is the mother." That really means nothing if the mother is a drug addict who lives off of welfare with no intention of changing (Just a reference to the cases I have seen in person). I've seen too many fathers l…

This individual posts in other subreddits urging them to come to MR where we support misogyny and rape. Hey, that's how I got here! But then I realized things that were being talked about here were for the most part completely rational and fair and not extremist at all. Unsubscribed from SRS, subscribed to MR.

Cops transport people to hospitals for mental evaluation all the time. Usually if they cause no damage/harm they aren't arrested.

At 8 years old, the girl apparently told cops that Cordova was trying to "help" his 26-year-old wife, Eliana Torres, out of the water but couldn't do it. But she's been in court in recent days testifying the opposite. She says she actually watched the horrific murder of her own mother. Prosecutors say the story has changed because she's no longer under the thumb of the father who (they say) manipulated her into defending him. That makes good sense to me. It could be just me, but I think her firs…

There is so much wrong with that story, I can't even begin to believe that it is true. She later says: Nothing ever really happened. I got my records & they're a mixture of lies and missing information. Like it says that once I was in the OR, I was monitored, which I wasn't.. and it says that after being monitored in the OR, the c/s was discussed, but it doesn't say who was in on the discussion. There's no straight explanation for why I required surgery. There's no mention of any post-op exams e…

Not that I am defending her - but she didn't abandon the baby did she? She did not physically leave the baby there, instead she claimed she found it. She definitely should have served time for the actual charges though.

I think he should. He has a huge emotional weight on his shoulders that he did not cause. I'm not sure if I agree with the child support penalty for the doctors. I would prefer them to be charged with robbery and held accountable for that.

I'm not subscribed to this subreddit, but I did come across the post asking for help finding information about him after his last post. I was horrified to learn that people egged him on. I had tried my best to find anything online, but never came across anything that could help identify his whereabouts. I'm so sorry for your loss, and I hope that you and your family can find even the tiniest bit of solace knowing he had people here that cared about him, not just those few disgusting individuals …
