No. Sex with someone who CAN'T STOP IT and CAN'T REMOVE HERSELF FROM THE SITUATION is rape. There is far too much of a grey area for people to retroactively decide they were raped because they regret having sex with someone. -EDIT- In the video she clearly says "stop, I don't want to" and he pins her down, preventing her from escaping.
