Read my comment very slowly again. I did not say this event is domestic violence. I very clearly said “domestic violence is so prevalent that the observers didn’t react to it.” It’s not difficult to understand my point - that violence against women is so common in Russia that observers don’t react to it the way Americans or other cultures do.

You may need to review your political science knowledge: The Constitution of Japan guarantees freedom of expression. Korea has freedom of speech codified in its Constitution as well. Furthermore, closer to home for the US, the UK provides for freedom of expression as a qualified right that may be restricted in certain circumstances as prescribed by law.
