I actually met a broker who, out of nowhere, casually bragged about maliciously rejecting a business loan to a female black applicant who he described as highly qualified. Specifically where are the accounts of the women directly involved? I don't argue that knowing he is mentally disabled changes how he should be handled but the few other accounts don't seem to be from people who were actual witnesses to the specific events she describes.
