It taught me many good things. Redpill made me decide to start going to the gym, eat healthy, and view myself as the prize when it comes to dating (which i think is a healthy point of view). Don't believe in any of those. I was into redpill for about 2 years and found some of it helpful to get more succesful in the dating market. Stuff like going to the gym, passing shit tests, be dominant in the bedroom. Having never had a masculine rolemodel, those were great tips for me back then. I think you take it way too personal as real value is not a judgement of your persona, but rather an indication of what you're putting in to becoming an awesome person. Some of these channels focus on superficial things like height, money, etc. but thats just the sad state of society nowdays. I pity them. In my opinion high value pertains to what you have to offer.
