It’s almost certainly not true Marriage is both a religious, social and financial agreement. While this varies in different countries they married in 2020 and the marriage laws of Italy and France (where he was playing and earning would apply to those wages). The financial side of marriage is extremely precedented and well known, your assets cease to be yours and become jointly owned including your salary (subject to any pre-nuptial agreements but that would be known by both parties). If he were…

Where did I say he should never be believed? OP is “horrified” at the potential it “could” happen. So much so they would never go dating. So as we are discussing hypotheticals, I pointed out that this is an irrational fear and of all the potential calamities to befall him dating, a false rape accusation is at the lower end of the possibilities

0 Which is why “Imagine for a second that you believe that every single one of the men prosecuted for rape in England and Wales in 2016-17 was falsely accused. Even if that unlikely scenario were true, there would still have been more adult male victims of rape (8,000) than men prosecuted for those rapes they “didn’t commit” (5,190).” Why you should read the article

It’s in the article, you can literally read it (if it wasn’t “too long” ) However rest assured that currently the odds of you being being raped per year is 0.03%. While being falsely accused is 0.0002% Hence, my original point.

That OP’s fears are statistically insignificant. As stated it’s not gonna happen “It’s happening countless times” it’s not. I doubt it’s happened to OP or anyone they know

Men are statistically more likely to be raped than falsely accused of rape. It’s a terrifying thought, but so is being attacked by a shark and that’s also extremely unlikely

As a man, you are statistically more likely to be raped than falsely accused of rape

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
