My comment is that Torero recorded private conversation, which wasn't illegal. Where he really fucked up is when he shared and sold them to the public (this is illegal in most nations). So, it is also possible that the police were involved before his death. Perhaps he was under investigation and the like. We have no way of finding out any of this info, but ultimately Torero was responsible for this fuck up.

Well at least you believe in somatotypes. I'd say I am a pure ecto. Sure, some ecto natty bodybuilders exist... but certainly they are a small percentage when you think about it. I don't believe everyone can be bulky though, and many pro athletes that are naturally muscular have trouble bulking up past a certain point. Hell, even many offensive lineman who are naturally fat and big have trouble maintaining their size (eating that much isn't easy for them). Once they retire, most deflate and lose…

Maybe it does? Skinny wrists, skinny hands, etc... mean nothing? Body types don't exist? There's no such thing as an ectomorph?

It looks amazing in MOST cases. I recall an NFL linebacker (don't remember his name) that played at a weight that didn't seem like much. But, he was freaking huge. In my case I know I won't look bigger dropping weight, so I am not even going to risk it. Last time I lost some weight everyone told me I looked very skinny.

Also if I was to go down to 185 I would look puny. I don't think you get that I am a true ectomorph.

I agree. Except right now I am not really open to meeting women. Once things get better and people aren't required to wear masks most of the time, then I'll definitely groom on a regular basis. I don't lift weights anymore, I do bodyweight workouts now.

I'm not getting haircuts often since I'm a little paranoid about covid. Mostly just focusing on work and exercising for physical and mental health.

In terms of style, I try to keep up with the trends... somewhat. I don't dress in a flashy or loud way. I have the confidence to approach women sometimes. Although I am not doing that right now due to the pandemic.

Yep. I think that's mostly it.

I disagree. If I had a defeatist attitude I wouldn't work out at all.

Even if you are a true ectomorph? I wish I had access to my X-rays to show just how slim by bones are.

If you are intolerant to something you won't absorb it well. So that is why it matters when it comes to protein sources. I didn't get injured all the time. The times I have it has been due to my lower back (I have some scoliosis but nothing major).

You gotta take into account that I was basically grew up as the perfect ectormorph. As in X-rays I have super long and slim bones (legs and arms).

I asked my GP once or twice and he was against doing it. He pretty much said I should be fine in terms of that.

Weight gainers and a lot of food. Calories have never been an issue. It is quite easy to get a ton of calories in daily with certain foods (peanuts for example).

It isn't about being easy though. It is more about genetics in my case. Which like it or not, is a reality. And, most people that work out consistently aren't anywhere near Greek gods.

I'm not super lean but I am not chubby. Also, you have almost 20 pounds on me.

I recall trying one and it didn't seem to help with mass tbh.

I'm not saying it is extreme, but I've always had that lanky look. It used to be worse. I definitely don't look muscular.

It certainly works, but I'm not willing to go the unnatural route.

Sadly, that wasn't the case.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
