This isn't a new phenomenon though. It was noticed back in 1979 by Billy Idol

It's.decent post with no fluff that gets to the point and stays there. Maybe there isn't anything substantial to add without repeating it. Thinking about it like this will definitely re-frame how I approach conversation for sure.

Very much appreciated. Although I find my political leanings edging towards the right in some aspects politics itself can be tiring. Especially with the over-saturation at the moment.

What is "Greek Life"? I've seen it mentioned a lot recently.

The anger phase is being brought out of the lies kicking and screaming. Damn right you're angry. Justified? Oh yes. The purpose it gives you is the ability to see the world in its natural light and you're angry because you know full well what you would have done before you even considered the red pill. You're angry because others' intentions are clear now and you see how they're trying to shaft you. The anger phase is the first part of truly accepting and this leads to internalising something yo…

It's not even that - it's typical shaming language. "He is old! (40+) How dare he not go for me! He 'likes' teens when he shouldn't! He's creepy!"

Accutane can work well. The drug itself is fairly strong and doctors are generally quite hesitant perscribe it straight off. It may take a few treatments or longer lengths to achieve the effect but it is worth it - I had a 5 month course and waited a month or so after for it to do wonders. Keep at it. You are lucky you found TRP so young!

Yes, I would greatly appreciate a version that is understandable without straining my ear. A note to all - I know it's increasingly common that some folks only seem to talk to the phone with the speaker on - this is what it sounds like for the other person. You're not in a conference call. If you need your hands free or don't want to hold it get a headset or earpiece.

Interesting language Stephen uses in the article. Constant references to "the misogyny". And in particular the phrase "if you read through... [the misogyny]" is a special one. It suggests there is possibly a valid point that we may come to but the misogyny! Such barbarian statements, it's 2016! Such a loaded word used so poorly.

From memory, I believe his own testimony in court didn't put himself in a favourable light. When questioned he didn't show much/any remorse in relation to his sexual encounters. So he didn't deny some of the accusations. He just denied their interpretation of them.

I got implanted contact lenses. My eyesight was bad enough that LASIK wasn't enough. It wears down your cornea so the worse your sight the more they laser. I have slightly thinner than average corneas so that wasn't an option. ICL cost about £5000 but it's a better long term option and completely reversible. It doesn't require a touch up every 10 years or so either. However, the eye still needs an incision. Pretty sure it isn't a flap like LASIK but it could cause issues if you are in the milita…

Minimum standards and is absolutely correct. If you wear glasses, get contact lenses. Look towards the avenue of permanent correction so you don't have to piss about with them ever again. If you are short sighted, as approximately 50% of the population is to some degree, without glasses your eyes will look larger. Less beady. I am going for otoplasty (ear pinning) in the next few months. TRP doesn't even mention things like this. But you have to begin looking normal before you can start to appea…

I think she's dug her own grave here. Her own emails to him, one the day after the alleged assault, said something along the lines of "I loved it and it makes me want to fuck you harder." It got quite the reaction when read out in court. Such a damning, traceable statement from who is quickly becoming a proven liar. Even still... The prosecution continue on. The weight of a woman's feelings poorly stuck on her lies are the most important.

This is entirely a culture issue. Gun laws in the UK are much less restrictive than you are led to believe. Without the reality, and belief, that everyone around you is packing, there is suddenly less need to do so yourself. It's a literal arms race in the US, especially when you have police procuring military equipment. As much as Americans dismiss the opinions of those outside... Don't be surprised when the opposite happens.

Reading about shit tests, here at the red pill, was a huge eye opener for me when it first came around. It was like trying to learn a language with no help or assistance then suddenly someone gives you an English to Womanese dictionary and the pieces fall together faster and faster. It's also great to show the uninitiated just how manipulative women are - and for the recovering beta this is crucial. The next step: Hello Anger Phase

For the love of god pun intended could someone please create a separate subreddit for topics like this so it doesn't get in the way of the normal dialogue? Isn't there a rule about injecting morals into a post? And what is the bible if not a collection of morals? And then those morals are twisted until the language coexists with your morals and your belief that you followed them.

The anger phase has mutated for me - instead of being angry at the traditional targets I am angry at myself; for how I used to be, the decisions I made and the time I wasted. This anger is more fulfilling and useful as I remind myself never to do that again. I can change the past as much as I can change the nature of women.

I think this topic is more important than most would like to admit. The Red Pill's first step is breaking the shroud of lies that we were told, and believed, for so many years. We talk about "swallowing the pill" but we don't talk much about the why and how. Personal anecdotes about the moment a person finally understands, sees the truth, "swallows the pill" are enlightening to those who haven't yet chosen to do so. Given the fact a man is shamed from every angle for being male the relief of hea…

Reminds me of that show where they dump two naked people (male and female) in a fairly remote location with just one item of their chosing each. Needless to say, the woman failed miserably. Had to almost beg the guy to help her and then passed out and had to be evacuated. What made me laugh the most about that show was that each of them were given a "Survival rating" at the beginning. For some reason, the woman's rating increased at the end of the show. Without outside interference she would be …

Lower birthrates and the very real threat of a vastly reduced pool of funds to prop up the ever aging population are entirely true. It is happening right now. This was already foreseen and an attempt has already been made to try and correct this. Immigration. China themselves are now allowing two child families without the previous restrictions. Immigration in particular is used to mitigate the profit loss with a fresh, new, low-paid workforce. But how long can this continue?

The only negative I had about No More Mr Nice Guy was the lack of explaining what and why women are like and why being a Nice Guy fails in that respect. It's a fantastic read but the Red Pill really complements the why.

I know it as Rememberance Day. Landed back in the UK just before the two minute silence. Couldn't give a flying fuck about colours. It's about those who never came back. Show, or at least pretend to show, some respect for the purpose of that day.

Definitely. You are aware of it and it concerns you. What's more, it is something you can do something about. I've had some work on my teeth and it was, to say the least, a relief not to have it a permanent consideration any more. I had a lazy eye throughout my youth and had surgery to correct that. It's not perfect, especially if I am pretty tired, but the difference is that I notice it rather than anyone else. Don't be too concerned about the early social circles - and not just in the red pill IDGAF way. They change vastly in a few months as folks who were friends through convenience splinter off and find those with more compatible interests. Try getting to class 10 mins early. Start a little conversation with someone who is also early, even about uni stuff if need be.

Lifting is good advice but really exercise in general is what you are looking for. Put the headphones in and walk for a few hours. Try to pick somewhere away from high traffic areas, particularly away from vehicles. This helped me a hell of a lot and makes you more receptive to lifting and conscious of your diet. If a cheeky smoke and a toke is in your disposition then try that on the walk - it works wonders to clear your head and upon a clear mind you can build new thoughts and regrow the posit…

This is the very way I translate the red pill. I've never felt selfish with the results of altering my thinking in accordance with those bullet points. There is still a long way for me to go and much more to actually see with my eyes but I have never felt more control over my life than I do now. I have never felt happier either.

Very refreshing to see a real field report from the silent majority of this sub. Especially when a lot of them are so brazen, boastful and bullshit I have to check if I ended up on the WritingPrompts sub. All of the shit that have had to deal with does not have to be shared with anyone, even more so those you have known for such a short time. You don't have to justify or excuse yourself. Aside from the obvious about the audio quality I would also shorten the intro screen. It takes far too long. It's sad a post like this had to be made but it's also kind of relieving. Some topics were getting further and further away from the core message with a few of the buzzwords sprinkled in to justify its existance. I'm glad someone else is as confused with the connection as I am. I know this sub is incredibly US-centric, but it really isn't that much of a stretch to consider that other countries in the world have done well without having the strange firearm culture. Because that's what it is. There is no necessity. No need just a feeling it's needed. And then a complete destruction of thought about how other places in the world function without it.

Every single man who is here for a reason would do anything go back to your age and teach them what they know now. Force it through, if need be. Yes, it is easier to understand the concepts when you have more life experience to relate it to but do not deny the statements you will have seen by so many men who had the wool pulled over their eyes for so long.
