You are getting downvoted a lot here with your post because you aren't accepting of other views. You asked a question seeking opinions of others, stated your position, but then simply refused other people's views and differing opinions on marriage. I will offer another different view for you to consider. I am 34 married, been with the lady maybe 12 years. We have a 3 year old. I am very very happy. I wanted a kid, and the family unit with both a mother and father is the way to go. For the sake o…

This is the correct answer. Chill out dude. Your wife is pregnant. More weight is just fine, its the health of your baby that matters. Food and calories are nutrients. There is no correct amount of weight to be gained during a pregnancy, and in my opinion, more is better than less. Better to be safe than sorry that your kid is developing properly. Chill the fuck out.

I understand what you are saying, and have a kinesiology background myself. This has been common knowledge for years. The idea of a protein window after a workout. However, a few recent studies have refuted this idea. If I can find them I will post links for you.

Agree with you on most everything here. I also believe this GLO doesn't know what he is talking about. However, one thing I would like to point out to you is that, recent evidence has shown timing of protein doesn't much matter. The idea of protein within some 1 hour window after a workout is likely false. Total protein intake throughout the day is what matters. You can have a protein shake or bar after your workout if you must, but having it before or hours later provides the same overall benef…

Married male here, early 30's, been together with the wife 10 years, married for 4. We also have one young child, 2 years old. I can speak to you from the male perspective, but we are not poly, we are swingers. It works very well for us, and has for about the last 4-5 years, when we started swinging. The main difference to poly is that we do everything together. Always in the same room, so there is no jealousy issues or mistrust. Everything is in the open, and either one of us can shut down a si…

Everyone familiar with TRP principles should know the true nature of women. So yes, never forget their hypergamous nature. I think swinging could work for you if you feel that you can trust your wife. Well as much as any of us can truly trust a woman. I would also recommend that you do not hookup with any single or couple that you know. It complicates things much more. People's attitudes and feelings can change after a hookup. Your wife may even start to get jealous after the fact, if she thinks…

I don't think anyone here can truly give you the right answer, without knowing both you and your wife very well. This is a slippery slope, so proceed with caution. You did ask for feedback from anyone who has made this work. So that I can give you. I will describe my relationship dynamic and why it works for us. You might see some similiarities within your own circumstances, or not. The wife and I are swingers. We are early/mid thirties, with a toddler. Kids are a shitload of work. So time to pl…

The written word is very subjective. So to me, the poster you replied to was brothering in a kind of 1980s venice beach gold's gym kinda way that Arnold, hogan, macho man, and stallone were brothering when they were hanging and banging.

My wife is about three or so years older than I am. We have been together 10 years, so here is some evidence for you that it can work. However, I would say it totally depends on circumstances. Also, having an older male is often easier and more common, because it just works better. Men take longer to become financially stable, mature, etc... For us, and why it works is because I am a natural alpha, very logical, and somewhat introverted. Still very popular, but people drain me, so I would rather…

This idea of religion simply for my daughter's sake does interest me, and am now considering this. You give an example of one relgion which cuts out the hocus-pocus. Thanks. So I am wondering if you have views on the other major religions. I am along the athiest-agnostic spectrum myself, and don't have a clue about religions aside from baby jesus born to a virgin. So could you, or someone else here jump in, and list other good religions to check out. I want most definitely the morality aspect fo…

When we swap in the lifestyle, its a mutual agreement. If a guy rubs me the wrong way, my wife wont be fucking him even if she wants to. But its the same for me, i do respect her. So if she veto's a woman, i respect that. Outside of swinging, she gets with nobody. What in my comment does my view of alpha revolve around only muscles. I wouldnt even call the example of david beckham muscular, he is toned. She would fuck him because of fame and money. She would leave me for him for good, but what c…

I understand what you mean, and I would totally fight if I had to in these situations. The example I gave, I have used a few times, and it really fucks with the guys game and energy in that moment. It throws them off. By saying, "ya shes hot eh bro, shes yours for the hour, but will run you $400". Also, having her nod ya and smile when I say this to them in front of her, lets the guy know I am in control. To me, its a good way to diffuse him, without having to start out being physically aggressi…

Which one specifically? The clubbing part, having to manage a good looking wife, or the swinging? Just curious which part of that post you find troublesome.

Great question bud. We are both mid 30's now, been together for 10 years, married for half of that. Ltr's dont get much talk here. The wife is very feminine. She cooks well, is a great mother to our kid, loves clothes and makeup. I constantly reinforce these positive RP traits to her. I praise her when she sews a hole in my jeans, or cooks a nice meal. She knows I value a woman who supports her man, and she agrees with that philosophy. So fundamentally it works. Look for that in a woman. Submiss…

Test levels will be elevated though. You have to accept that. That's what is needed to make muscle gains. Beginners usually start 500mg a week for say 12-16 weeks. This will give test levels over the normal range on a blood test. The pro's will run thousands of mg a week. 3000mg of test plus tren, gh, insulin, masteron, and even cutters like dnp. They are mostly still alive. I wouldn't run that high ever, so my logic is that they would all be dropping dead before me. As for cost, it totally depe…

Finding legitimate studies on long term effects of steroids is difficult because the government has scheduled them. So no researches can design a study using bodybuilding doses. You can find a good chart comparing number of deaths per year for every major drug. Steroids is near the bottom of the list with marijuana and magic mushrooms, while heroin and meth are at the top. I get bloodwork done before and during each cycle. Compare it to my original sample, and make sure the values are within nor…

The worst sides pretty much of all steroids. Bad for me personally too. Some people report less sides though. Terrible heartburn. Talking zantac every day and tums every 5 hours. Some trouble sleeping. A bit of acne on backs of shoulders, and also probably oily skin. Sweating tonnes, during any physical activity, during summer, and even sleeping. You feel warmer also. A shorter temper too. Raging boners, high sex drive. I still run tren, but keep it low dose now. Winstrol and Masteron can do wha…

That's a great attitude, spot on. The wife and I are also swingers. I rock her world in bed, so I am not in the least bit worried about someone else giving it to her great as well. In fact, watching her being pounded by someone else with good skills is like watching my own personal porn, with my favorite porn star, my wife. I think so many guys, and even ones in this subreddit, are scared of the lifestyle because they probably can't pick up women themseleves, and end up cuckolded.

I agree with you about how if op was really the dominant one, wifesharing should not have to lead to swinging. It should start with swinging. Period. However, as an alpha in the swinging scene, i can tell you the betas just dont sit there with their cocks in their hands. What happens is the couples where the male is a beta, just get far less action. Or even no play at all. Most swingers don't engange with just the wife of a couple while the husband is left out. Its not proper etiquette. It's a p…

Control over her isn't solely based on blow, been with her for 10 yrs, good woman actually, as far as they go. Not worried about her finding a dealer, i get it at rock bottom price for my city/location (dealer price), and make pretty good coin, so my supply is always in the oz's. But when partying on a specific night, make sure you have enough for that night, once they start, they always want more. That is how she is regulated. They will basically do anything for more. I dont even touch the shit…

I am pretty alpha myself, we are into the swinging lifestyle, and it works for us. I do see the appeal in hotwifing, but with swinging i get new women to try, so its better. I think the male needs to be alpha as fuck, or it wont work. I am a bodybuilder, and have loads of test and tren flowing through me. Looks wise, i am an 8, wife is a 10. Women can sense a man on trenbolone, and the flock to it. No joke. When we party i control who she is allowed to fuck, but generally i love to watch her get…
