I read somewhere that it is not generally socially acceptable in our society for men to openly express emotions. So sometimes they use sex for that purpose either consciously or subconsciously. I’ve been pondering this ever since I read it. I think it’s a good explanation. Thoughts?

When I send a rejection text, it’s usually my final text. When they respond, I assume it’s their final text as well. After they acknowledge my rejection text, I leave it at that. What else is there to say? Or maybe I don’t quite understand the question??
