Idk why people are disagreeing with this, its absolutely true. If he doesn't sell out our country first.

That's because (most) women don't have to actually work to find a relationship, so they don't even try. I'm so tired of trying to connect to lazy ass women who only reply with one or two words. Women wonder why men keep to themselves when they're single, it's because trying to find a woman to date is fucking exhausting emotional labor.

That, and I don't think gen z are quite there age wise yet. In my twenties? Never would have dated a single mother. Now in my thirties? It'd take the right woman, but it's no longer a blanket "no" if that makes any sense.

That's basically rape

What a dumb bitch. I just love how women are all over men for being violent and unpredictable, and then they'll turn around and say some brain rotting shit like this. That poor man needs to GTFO of that relationship, it's toxic as fuck

Because men like Andrew Tate can't exist without women. Their whole thing is how to become more attractive to women, that's the whole point of everything he does as far as I can tell. It's like watching a gorilla beat his chest, it's all just posturing for the girls. Real masculinity isn't about your effect on women, it's more about your effect on the world as a whole. At least for me.

Yea I don't really see the issue other than her wanting to cause problems because she felt called out. He got into a (short) relationship, realized that he had some issues with her behaviour, and instead of just ending the relationship he tried to have a conversation about it. Seems pretty fucking reasonable to me but maybe I'm missing something

True. I know I myself.have decided against kids. I don't think I could handle children 24/7 with my mental health and everything getting so damned expensive.

Ty. Yea I was wondering if the data set for single fathers would even be big enough to get a real idea

Eh. Seems a little doom-and -gloomy for me. But maybe. I'm curious, why do you seem so sure children of single fathers will outperform those of single mothers? Is there evidence to support this? Genuinely curious.

A lot of feminists promote hatred, and I'm just not with it. You can fight for a cause without bringing others down.

Well they also weren't officially together when they decided to have a kid. So the possibility that she slept with other people without cheating is totally plausible

I figured. Either way, his refusal to pay directly lead to incarceration and not being able to legally drive. They will make her life difficult if you press them enough and if they haven't already

idk how likely it is because shes a woman, but i know my father had his licence suspended for years and was in and out of jail for not paying child support in my home state

my personal experience is that if the woman is worth knowing, and you are respectful in your approach (saying what shes wearing is gorgeous will probably net a better response than "hey gorgeous") and have some situational awareness (dont approach if shes clearly occupied with something pressing) she will respond respectfully, whether the answer is yes or no. if youre getting chided approaching women, she either isnt worth knowing (imo if shes being disrespectful about it those types of women te…

i definitely 'glam up' when i leave the house not headed to work. i personally like to wear eyeliner and nice clothes, because i just like to look nice and i feel like people are more likely to approach me or be friendly if i look nice, but its not to out-do other men lol

I had never thought about the std test angle

Look, a man has the right to ask for a paternity test, final say. But you also have a right to be upset. This is kind of a difficult subject, as I can kind of see both sides of it. I understand why a woman would get upset about a test, but women also have to understand that dudes get fucked by paternity fraud every fucking day and child support can be absolutely ruin a man's ability to provide for himself. Imagine yourself in a position where most of your income goes to pay for a child that's no…

Beard actually makes sense, if you have to put a gas mask on it may not seal properly. Same reason firefighters don't have beards

There's nothing wrong with having preferences, as long as you're respectful about it. As long as you're not an asshole or demeaning about it, I don't see the problem. You aren't responsible for people's reactions however.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I cannot force myself to participate in a society that does not give a fuck about me, I just don't have the energy or the mental capacity for it any longer

I mean I would, but that's my point of view. I see what your saying though. It's not necessarily about my intent it's about how it's recieved

Fair enough, but there is a difference between saying someone has a small dick, and saying they have small dick energy. One isn't your fault, the other totally is.

I want to be there emotionally for my partner as a man. But if I'm there for her, and she doesn't reciprocate, is that even a relationship anymore? I've been in that position and it made the whole thing feel very one sided, and I started harboring a lot of resentment. Now, do I think my partner should be responsible for solving all my emotional problems? Fucking of course not! They're not my therapist, I don't expect them to have all the answers. But I do expect them to help me figure it out, or…

honestly what i got from it is that you should be absolutely sure about it. i know i dont want kids. ive reflected on this a lot over the last 5 years or so, so im dead set this is what i want. i waited so long to see if i would change my mind, but ive only gotten more sure of it.

Yea, passing on mental issues is a big one for me. My mother is schizophrenic, as well as depressive, I have pretty bad depression, and my uncles depression led him to commit suicide in 2001. So...you know lol.

The hormonal thing is really what I was worried about, as well as lasting complications. But thankfully they seem few and far between

Oh of course! And I agree, but there are other ways for decent people to effect the world we live in without having kids. Volunteering with youth groups is one I can think of off the top of my head. It's not that I hate children, I just know I can't mentally handle a child 24/7, which is pretty much obligatory if you're a parent

Yea I was mostly posting to just see what lasting effects or complications others had had. But there doesn't seem to be that many tbh

I agree with this. Not being upfront about a vasectomy seems slimy to me. Besides, if her plan is to try and baby trap me, now she knows she can't so she can move on and try and suck somebody else dry instead

Oh I agree, and I'm prepared for pushback. And the expectation is definitely that it's irreversible. Like I said, if I decide I want a kid that badly at some point I'll adopt. I'm perfectly fine not having my own children, it really truly does not matter to me. One child is just as irritating as the next.

I feel like I went through a lot of the same shit with my ex that johnny did with amber. Honestly it's very triggering at times, but this case is so important. It kills me to watch him testify and talk about it because I know exactly what that feels like and it's low. Honestly I want to give the man a fucking hug and let him know how much I look up to him through all of this. He definitely has earned my respect, and watching him fight through this is definitely giving me strength through my own …

As a man who was in a physically abusive relationship with a woman for over two years I can confirm. From the beginning of the relationship she made little moves to get power over me, by the end she had the car, and all control over finances so I definitely felt impossible to get out of.

I honestly have no desire for marriage. If I meet someone and we're together long enough to be common law married then fine I guess, but it's just not something I see for myself. Same with kids, I have 0 desire for children

I think you can still look through it tho. Basically female incels from what I can tell. Just goes to show you there's shitheads on both sides I guess lol

I think child support should go on an EBT style card, so that you can only spend it on certain things. There is no fucking reason to be buying electronics, or makeup, or whatever else bullshit. Child support should go to support the child, not the mother.

My step mother, and above all my ex. With my ex it was to the point of being abusive. She used to use it to gaslight me. "You're just too sensitive, stop being a bitch", and my favorite? "You should have been gay" like how does me being upset emotionally have anything to do with whether I like penis or vagina?
/r/MensRights20/09/21 10:55 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
