| 1 | Reminder to American men. Move to male friendly locations.Possibly if you're wealthy, for a state that cries a river about personal liberties they sure do make it far too easy for one party to get control and become the custodial parent. No 50-50 custody. | /r/MensRights | 20/06/25 02:44 AM |
| 2 | Men, would you and should you be willing to take care of child who was the product of affair your wife had and kept it secret from you? And you found it later down the line.An affair for me is an instant divorce, in a marriage trust is mandatory and once it's lost it's extremely difficult to get back. In that scenario I would be willing to co-parent as long as she keeps her distance and keeps it about the child. | /r/MensRights | 18/04/25 11:23 PM |

| 1 | Why is everyone nowadays so fine with being single? Is most of it just because of misandry? Not single now, but when I was by choice for about 5 years I was tired of the cheating. The internet made it really easy to cheat, easy to feel FOMO if some stupid influencer is traveling the world with their partner, had to work on myself and also be much more selective. It had nothing to do with liberalism vs conservative. Got cheated on in back to back relationships at that time. Came from both ends of the political spectrum. I think the internet has made it more acceptable to be an awful per… | /r/MensRights | 26/02/25 07:31 PM |
| 3 | Reforming Child Support and Family Law: A Fair Approach for EveryoneProbably an unpopular take. If you file for child support and it's determined both parties take care of the child, there isn't an abandonment issue, the petitioner should have to pay court costs. You touched on this already but it's far too punitive. Having a child with someone you're no longer with shouldn't be a punishment. | /r/MensRights | 16/01/25 01:08 AM |
