I don't deny there is some good parts of some relationships (sex etc.) but I was stressing that the cost of it is too high (especially for younger guys) even for a good one at this stage in their life. if you really start to break down the costs to the bare minimum of what makes you happy too. you don't need that 4 bedroom house that you'd need with a woman. you don't need the 4x4 and so on. If you get to break it down to the bare bones and really you don't need that much at all to live a pretty darn happy life. Get a part time job with a mortgage you paid off early and you're golden. yeah 100%. I'll be honest, I was going more on the conservative side of things. Like you did jack to end up in a relationship (which is barely ever true unless you are some 8/10 guy and even then) and was bare maintenance level. I just wanted to get over the concept of 'being' in a relationship and how much it is REALLY costing you. Great insight into the actual COST of getting into one in the first place and really it costs you a whole lot more!
