I am a bit obese right now, but due to a medication I take it's hard to lose weight. However if the topic comes up, I always say that I am fat. And fat is unhealthy. 1	Let's forget "women and children" thing. It has become "women and girls". It did make sense to rather save the females than the males. However with birth rates declining, there is literally no reason to do that.
