My friends brother got in a situation like this. His wife cheated, he found out a couple years later the kid isn't his, went to court, the judge pretty much said "well you've been supporting the child since birth so it doesn't matter if you just found out it's not yours" and boom. Stuck with child support for a child that isn't his.
