Just remember your children are watching how you treat their mother right now. They don't know all the truths behind your choices. Only what they see and what she tells them. It is likely she will get primary custody for no other reason than her tits. In the end, every dollar you take, you take from them.

I did the same thing. Spent over 150k in legal fees. Lost my business, my house, my kids and my dog. Not so much as a family photo to prove 20 years was real. This is not the way

Look into joe dispenza on YouTube. For an app, I like waking up. It's built by an actual neroscientist

Meditation has changed my life and how I see and interact with the world. It has let me figure out who I am and to accept that person. Meditation is far more powerful than most understand. It can literally rewire your brain

If you need the help, check yourself in. It will be used against you, but it can be phrased to look good. Every loving father who has his kids ripped away goes there at some point. You are telling a very familiar story. Mine hasn't had the best outcome so far, but that's because of how long it took to get past the mental abuse I endured from the ex until I got sick. At which point she left. This is pretty classic shitty ex/wife and covert narcissist behavior and it will not get better from her. …

I'm in a very similar situation. I was forced to sell my business (lost money on the deal so not good) and had to sign a 5 year non compete. I ended up having to move 1800 miles away and into my parents basement. I still work to keep/rebuild my relationship to my 3 teen boys and I make sure they know it. But I live cheap trying to rebuild after being totally whipped out. Next time they visit, I will get us an air b and b or something rather than waste all that money paying for a home they don't …

I met a man a while back on a flight. His girlfriend of 25 years was with him and they were going on vacation. They live seperate and spend about half the week together. The rest of the time they enjoy thier own spaces. It gave me new hope and relationship goals. What you are talking about does exist in the wild

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
