Once and should have kept walking away. He held a grudge for a good 2-3 years. It impacted the kids but this time when I said I was done the kids supported me and also told me things I didn’t know cause they felt they were protecting me

Let her go. I didn’t do that crap either cause when it’s over and you don’t want it to work, leave it alone

I’m a female, 48. Don’t have expectations, it will be easier on you. So if something good does happen take that W! If it’s crappy, hey, you tried. For me, one was a friend that we moved too fast. We are better off as good friends these days. Gave some time and worked on me. Current guy…. Wow… it’s been 7-8 months and we are going on a cruise tomorrow. And he’s 36! Went into this one right and he’s a gem! You got this! Take this as learning, growing, and please… have fun!!

My friend. Breathe. I was you a year ago. Give yourself grace. I promise, it will get better.

I’ve only been with one man my entire adult life so this is all new to me. I’m not with anyone and making my own way. Thank you for sharing

You’d never enter any serious committed relationship with anyone. Does that mean you want to be alone?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
