HIV is not what i would be worried about, Your odd's of contracting HIV from a random women are in the millions. Hell even if she does have HIV your odds are around 1 in 10000 per act. Herpes on the other hand has a 70 percent infection rate even with condoms.

Normally I would agree, but the abuse started when one or all of them were 12-13. If the genders were reversed the male teacher would have gotten a similar sentence. The real issue is porn, people are getting 15+ years for viewing under age porn in america, that is the law we need reform on.

You can already do this, no one forces the father to see the child. What they will do is take all your damn money for child support for a kid you never wanted, this is what needs to be changed. If the women wants to keep the child against the fathers wishes then she should hold all the responsibility of her decision and not be able to claim money from the father for 18 years.
