3	Double standards. Why does breast cancer have the biggest amount of public exposure when prostate cancer is the most common type, and kills more people?? Although a lot of men die from prostate cancer, more men die with it rather than from it. Given the fairly nasty morbidity from the treatment (incontinence, impotence etc), there is a debate as to whether treating early stage ca prostate might cause more harm than good. That said, there is a need for a lot more research into prostate cancer and the same level of funding is not available.
