I have the same ADHD , my problem is the side effects kill my appetite, make me sweat a ton, and generally make me very fidgety/shaky.

I hope you have other reasons to next other than “I did cocaine”. I’ve done coke once and its honestly not that bad. There’s a huge stigma behind it. If you only do 1 bump, you’re only high/energetic for about an hour. That’s why people constantly do bumps throughout a night of partying. If she’s an addict then yea those people are crazy, but I mean I’ve done it once and haven’t done it since, though I wouldn’t say no to do it with my friends. Doing drugs does not instantly mean psycho

I know how the arch works. I’m just saying that’s not the only thing “arching”. That’s just what’s being activated.

You can’t “just” arch the upper back

That’s nit my point. My point is you still need to do progressive overloading and eating. Just the act of taking roofs won’t put on muscle alone

Well no, roads doesn’t just give you muscle, but yes Bradley is on roofs

I can’t be asses arguing with you since I actually compete in powerlifting you knob but here’s a scientifically based very popular lifters video on it WITH ARCH INCLUDED Jeff Nippard . Bradley Martyn is not the guy to look at for lifting advice when he’s a dumbass squatting on a hoverboard. He’s entertaining and I like him, still a dumbass.

Arching back on bench is actually powerlifting technique and if it’s done correctly is actually safer. There should really only be 4 points of contact when benching, feet, head, rear delts, glutes

This is definitely at least partially right. Abs are MADE during the bulking phase. They are a muscle, so they need to be progressively overloaded while you bulk so they can gain mass and then they SHOW when you cut. This is why people like Eddie hall have abs at 400lbs. I was severely anorexic and my abs were showing but basically going into my stomach, not really "popping". (I have my physique posted on an r / / fitness post). Even though I have gained 30lbs and 5% bf, I still have abs because…

If you can grow a GOOD beard, it's worth it. Otherwise, shave clean.

Thank you I needed this. I was going strong for months with several plates just to drop them all for a girl where I thought it was 2 sided. I let my frame down and got burned. Now I'm back in the depressed hole I've been out of for months. Luckily I have the keys to Reformation

I agree with not doing this in the office, but what do you mean "don't leave yourself open"?

I've found that you can't avoid ghosts or bails. Some girls are just like that. I had one girl bail on me twice, block me, text me back a week later saying she wants sex, then bail again. Several girls are nervous and rightfully so. I've had girls call me before the meetup to make sure we're "real" and probably don't sound like some old dude. Looking at my friends tinder app, guys are fucking creepy. I would be nervous too to meetup and some of them bail. Its just the way life goes. Ive had one …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
