Probably not, I've worked for (mostly contracts, uniqueish set of skills valuable to small businesses) several small companies that preferred people with criminal records (and women) as they were easier to manipulate and control and tended not to report abuse. Adding to the other answers as someone whos cleaned bathrooms in a few locations, there are just some things I never saw in Men's bathrooms compared to womens. Artwork (not a marker...), urine EVERYWHERE, trash everywhere, used 'things' just thrown on the ground, constant non-flushing and eventual clogged toilets, and a deluge of toilet paper just thrown around for what seems to me no reason.
