Hmmm... Online forums are toxic and need to be taken as such? Everyone should have his/she!/it/xx's own filter and take everything with a grain of salt? People should value common sense. It's always a give - give. You give respect, you get respect. This should be the only coin everywhere. But hey! I might have doubles my gin tonight!

My friend got to see his son every Saturday and with a supervisor for the first few years, sadly, But we got to spend a holiday with him and his gf and baby boy a few months ago, the kid spends time with both parents now... But it's been a struggle.

Not a lawyer, and French. I know in France a judge had to get involved for a friend to get the right to get to see his son when he was younger. She denied his visits, and said he's abusive (lies) and he still got visiting rights after the judge got involved but it took time. Don't waste time talk to a lawyer soon! Isn't there a counselor - mediator, service that can work this out? Otherwise the only advice I can give you is to call a lawyer. Mainly a parent cannot refuse the other from visiting …

While I do agree, I've had a job that required daily shaving and that just sucks, no matter what skin you got. If I were you, I'd learn to use a trimmer and groom my beard myself. As for anyone else who insists you should follow they orders : tell them to apply constant pressure on a point that keeps a constant distance following a helical structure, while converting their action in a rotational movement around a central cylinder that is enveloped by a ridge! You may use less words
