I know in France a judge had to get involved for a friend to get the right to get to see his son when he was younger. She denied his visits, and said he's abusive (lies) and he still got visiting rights after the judge got involved but it took time. Don't waste time talk to a lawyer soon! Isn't there a counselor - mediator, service that can work this out? Otherwise the only advice I can give you is to call a lawyer. 11	For men, it is not "his body his choice." It is sad that this still applies exclusively to women. While I do agree, I've had a job that required daily shaving and that just sucks, no matter what skin you got. If I were you, I'd learn to use a trimmer and groom my beard myself.
