Funny, the review looks like it was written by you. Still...the book is a best seller in Civil Rights and has over a dozen positive reviews that completely destroy your credibility and the credibility of your review. Sorry dude, the facts disagree with your opinion.

Actually, in the United States, Rape is considered a crime. Statistics show that rape arrests only happen 38% of the time. Of those, not all get charged.
