2	Dexter, Boy Genius Not sure why I got downvoted to hell. I made clear correct points. I agree with you, my first paragraph said in clear cases of lying they should throw the book at them and put them in prison. Issue is getting the proof they lied. I’m more concerned about victims of rape not feeling comfortable to come forwards because if for some reason a mistake was made in testimony or whatever they could be sentenced to prison time and the worry people will have coming forwards if that’s the case.	/r/PussyPassDenied	08/05/21 06:35 PM

So someone lying about rape is really fucked up. But if you can systematically prove withouth a shaddow of a doubt they are lying, then it should be punished.
