3	Due process and evidence isn't good enough for SJW in Ke$ha case. Honestly, it's kind of fair. The artist doesn't have much to lose, and the company is basically taking a huge chance saying "You're pretty and you have a nice voice, here's $1mil in payment and marketing. Let's hope it works." It's only really "unfair" to the artist once the company has made them famous, and that's when the artist actually starts wanting out. It's avarice on both sides. 1	Due process and evidence isn't good enough for SJW in Ke$ha case. It saddens me that so often a case like this with no evidence still becomes news. Why are we labeling people before cases are even finished? Every time something like this makes the headlines, it pushes the narrative of "claims > evidence" into the public's heads even more. Most of the country right now would consider both this man and Bill Cosby rapists right off the bat. Because of that, once you're signed on to something you have to see it through. They lock you into whatever amount of time you agreed on very strictly because they need all that time to make sure they get returns on the huge amount money they put into you.
