10	Should black passengers be allowed to sit next to unaccompanied children? The following headline is more acceptable: "Should male passengers be allowed to sit next to unaccompanied children?" "Males" are not a protected class. Gender profiling of men is legal, racial profiling of Blacks is not! I was going to write this. Men are not protected specifically because they don't protect specific sexes, they protect sex (or gender, in some countries) in general. In theory, men should be protected by the exact same laws that protect women. I think there's probably a lot less pressure to enforce this protection because discriminating against men seems to be more socially acceptable, but it's not due to a lack of protection by law.	/r/MensRights	18/08/12 05:48 PM

17	Tom Martin, an MRA who fought against bias against males at the London School of Economics, lost his suit and was ordered to pay the legal fees of the LSE. I guess that's what happens when MRAs try to get things done through the legal system. If women in any other field were subjected to the kind of hatred, hostility and prejudice that men in gender studies are subjected to, there would be multi-million dollar lawsuits flying left and right along with vocal campaigns for change and government intervention. Can someone tell me how more feminism would fix this when this field is already dominated by feminism? 7	Since birth control is under full control of women, shouldn't women be the primary child support provider? Having sex means taking the risk of having a child. It's only a risk for the man. The women has options to end the pregnancy. If she chooses to complete the pregnancy, that isn't a risk - it's a choice. This argument could just as easily be used against women.
