Also I'm wondering having internships, part-time employments, co-ops and double majors and a minor would that give me a higher salary in it of itself with out including the master's I also intend a top 20 school in the U.S.

Currently I have plan to internships every summer, work part time at an engineering job over the the school and do a co-op my junior year. I currently have an internship know do you thinks that's a good idea.

I am still doing BME with the option so maybe I can go to med school. Plus BME has the highest job growth out of any engineering profession.

Also my school has a MS/BS program. I was thinking of double majoring in BME and CS and getting a minor in electrical engineering and getting a master's in AI/ML

Biomedical engineering is not that marketable in terms of the job market. Too general for employers.
