The “power of now” is an excellent book. I think you may be able to relate with the author. 1	FR and what I realized after I think one should approach this in the way that best benefits them. If someone can learn more by reading then applying, then this is a better route for them. But if someone learns better from trial and error then so be it. I don't think there is a one glove fits all in someone's approach to learning.
