6 ft 7, former college football player. Height hasn't done shit for me. It's 90% all about game and face.

Low test can cause a variety of symptoms that are also caused by other issues (thyroid, cortisol, etc...). You can't go off symptoms alone. You need blood testing. Common symptoms include rock bottom low motivation, low libido, brain fog, etc...

I'm already on thyroid meds. My testosterone did not improve whatsoever since starting.

Diabetes type 1 is a condition people are born with or develop due to genetics. It's incurable. Low testosterone can come about due to thyroid issues, cortisol issues, liver issues, etc... It makes total sense.

I have post orgasmic illness as well. Surprised to find someone else who has it considering how rare it is. Hence why I'm on NoFap at the moment.

Because TRT is for life, and many guys who jump on it continue to have issues as they try to balance estrogen, SHBG, hematocrit, etc... I researched the hell out of it for several months.

I'm a 22 year old. Trying to avoid TRT at all costs. I'm curious though, did you feel like it turned your life around when you did hop on TRT?

Former college football player. Got severely injured just like you. For about a year, I couldn't even workout because of all the issues. Finally broke down and got 6 surgeries in the space of two years(labral repair both hips, labral repair both shoulders, bilateral inguinal hernias). The shoulders alone took around a year apiece to heal. The hips only took 6 months each. The hernias were 4 ish weeks. Definitely get the hernia fixed. It's a very quick and easy surgery. Umbilical hernias heal ver…

I'm on keto for 8 weeks currently. It sucks for adding muscle, but mentally I feel amazing. Emotions are much more stable, mental clarity is better, anxiety is at an all time low... Wish I could run this forever, but I just can't add much strength/size while on it.

You asked me a question, and I answered it. The "no more posts about looks" rule was primarily made due to the influx of whiners making victim-mentality posts that prioritized looks above everything else. I'm not here bitching about my looks like they are, I was answering your question. Not sure what your point is.

The Rational Male brought me to the enlightenment that I had been a beta for 21 years. The concepts within helped me understand all my shortcomings not just with women, but on the other scale of life as well. And yes. Losing 50 lbs of muscle at 6 ft 7 is noticeable. Not sure if you read my post carefully. It was muscle, not fat. IOI's? I don't get them anymore since I'm skinny now. I did back when I was 250 and jacked.

Former college football tight end. Life fell apart after I got badly injured and had 6 surgeries from 2014-2016. I dropped from 6 ft 7, 250 pounds of muscle to 6 ft 7 and 200 lbs of bones. Spent lots of sleepless nights over the last two years contemplating suicide, feeling sorry for myself, and trying to find meaning. One day, The Rational Male popped up randomly in my suggested reading on Amazon. Here I am now. Lots of worked to do, but so blessed to have discovered the Redpill.

How are you feeling on keto? I'm not quite on ketosis since I'm eating to many nuts which is upping my carb intake to around 100 grams, but I'm close. I feel better mentally and have fewer aches and pains.

No offense, but that's a lot of BS. Go put into YouTube "why paleo diet is good" and you'll come up with just as many videos. For every diet out there, you can find 100 studies both for and against it. I've found something that works for me and it's making me feel better.

What do I do after I've hung out with a woman 2-3 times and she's expecting sex? Do I tell her the honest truth about my issue?

Just turned 22. Former college athlete. Had a series of bad injuries, 6 surgeries, and spent the last two years working a 2nd shift job that was horrible for my sleep. My diet is in check (paleo). I'm taking a plethora of natural supplements recommended to me by my doctor. I'm on NoFap. And I'm about to have a job that allows me abnormal sleep schedule. So I'm doing everything on my end to fix it. Just not sure I should be pursuing growth with women right now. .

Damn Sherlock, you got me. Yup, definitely frauding. Never going to understand why so many guys like you assume that just because someone like me is tall that I must be an alpha swimming in pussy. Height does not correlate to pussy like ya'll think. I grew up playing basketball in my highschool with several 6 ft 5+ guys. Guess how many of them are killing it with women now? None. Guess who IS killing it with women? One of the shortest guys from my grade. He's got a personality and a good face. H…

The last girl I dated(and fucked multiple times) told me she thought I was a virgin for a while when we first met. She couldn't elaborate on why either. Our very first date, we made-out and I fingered her in the car. Not sure how that gives off a virgin vibe. We would've gone further, but her dad called her and kinda killed the mood.

I didn't do any of those. In fact, I playfully called her a hoe more than once. My physique is fantastic. I've been lifting 5 years with serious dieting. I definitely don't have much of a jawline, but I've grown facial hair to compensate. My voice is very, very deep. I honestly feel like it's my body language. It has to be. I do tend to slump some. I'm 6 ft 7, so my movements are very elongated. I stand to close together as well. Not sure how that would give me an innocent vibe though.

I'm not pedestalizing her. I don't even want to fuck this chick. What I want is to stop giving off a bad vibe

Somehow, I feel I'm giving off a bluepill vibe around women still. I had a girl I dated/fucked earlier this year who told me she initially believed I was a virgin. She said I "just gave off that vibe". If I'm giving off a vibe, it means something inside me is not quite right. I want to crush the remaining bluepill inside me.

"Mental masturbation" describes me exactly. I went through my initial Redpill discovery and prided myself on all the books I read(Rational Male, Pook, etc...). Finally realized recently that knowledge is fucking worthless without MASSIVE action. I quit watching porn two weeks ago. I broke off a negative friendship this past weekend. I cleaned my room for the first time in years. I'm joining a boxing gym next week. I'm going to my local toastmasters tomorrow. Small, but steady steps. Action is ev…

If you want to see someone throw a bitch fit, watch this clip of Gary Johnson discussing illegal immigration. Total embarrassment. https://youtu.be/-xlmU9LvtAs Trump uses social media to counter the blatant lies and biased reporting vomited up by the elite media. If you see that as throwing a "bitch fit", then you've been successfully brainwashed by the Clinton News Network just like the rest of the brainless masses.

There's nothing in your posts that indicates you are "clearly not a Hillary supporter". Clearly, you haven't read the Rational Male and do not understand "alpha". Alpha is not a series of accomplishments, a clothing style, a diet, or a workout routine. "Alpha" is a mindset. Educate yourself before posting nonsensical, pointless babble.

Sounds like my uncle. The guy is worth millions, yet he drives halfway across town in his beat up Honda to use an ice cream coupon. Save, save, save. That's the key. As far as those of you dissing Will for potatoe soup and shitty clothes, keep in mind his priority wasn't keeping the girl, it was keeping his money. He had his priorities straight. Not saying every guy needs to wear shit clothes and serve cheap food, but his mentality was in the right place. He had boundaries for his life and didn'…

Excessive reading is the easiest "self-improvement" trap to fall into. It's mental masturbation There's a reason self-help books sell millions, yet only a minuscule percentage of those who buy those books actually consistently apply what they learn. Seneca, in letters to a Stoic, discusses the importance of minimizing reading materials down to the bare necessities. I've reduced mine to: 1) The Rational Male 2) Book of Pook 3) Meditations 4) Hagakure: The Book of Samurai 5) The Subtle Art of Not …

I'm big on eastern philosophy as it is very holistic in nature. Taoism is a subject I've been meaning to explore more as it seems to closely follow many tenets of eastern thinking. Any book recommendations?

Good post. NoFap is another good example. I'll probably get flamed for mentioning that though. Amazing how irritated many guys get when you suggest that jerking their meat daily isn't a positive habit. I've heard them all, "Oh, but studies show I'll get prostate cancer if I don't", or "Nonsense, all of the animal kingdom does it, so it's totally natural", etc... One of the primary tenets of Buddhism and ancient eastern thinking is that seeking instant pleasure causes pain later on down the road.…

In what way are Trump's handshakes "forceful"? He's a very smooth operator. You sound like a bitter Bernie/Hillary voter trying to start something. Go watch every one of his handshakes on YouTube. He puts on a warm smile, offers his hand in a smooth gesture, and often puts his other hand on the person's back or adds a second hand to the handshake. Nothing "forceful" about any of it.

This. If you're a Chad who can pull easy lays off tinder, then use it by all means. If you're an average looking guy like myself, you'll probably fair better in real life. I've banged some 7s in real life. Never banged higher than a 5 off tinder.

This really hit a chord with me. I've always been a great reader and a great thinker...but not a great doer. Hurts my ego to admit it, but looking back, reading and thinking haven't gotten me much in life. The times I have seen success are when I actually go out and DO something.

Your life is not even close to being over. First off, quit prioritizing getting a girlfriend. Secondly, go read the Rational Male. You have at least 15 years of prime life remaining. Things are only going to get better if you continue to invest in yourself through working out, reading, school, etc... I'm 21 as well and a junior in college. I'm found the Redpill late like you. I'm not expecting crazy amounts of pussy or a girlfriend during my last two years of college, and frankly that isn't my m…

Can't say I feel sorry for the guy. As others have said, he's not an orbiter but a stalker. The guy needs to get a damn clue and fuck off. What a creep. If it were a true orbiter situation I'd maybe have some sympathy. The girl is being very clear how she feels though and the guy needs to leave.

Stick with NoFap. I've had two 30 day+ streaks. Each time I made it that far, I literally transformed from an introverted autist to a highly sociable extrovert. Currently on day 15 and feeling great. There's a lot of science behind the benefits of not watching porn. There is some science beginning to emerge on the benefits of not masturbating. Western medicine has not quite caught up yet with the abstinence philosophies of eastern medicine yet, however. If you need more evidence NoFap works, go …

The fact you had the time to type this whine-fest tells me that 1) You have to much free time, which means that... 2) You're not filling your day with masculine, Redpill activities that will help you improve other areas of your life. So you don't have a movie-star face. Suck it up. Neither does the majority of this sub, including myself. I've been told I have a "moon face", I have horrible jaw structure, no cheekbones, and horrible facial hair. But, I don't spend my fucking time worrying about i…

I've heard this exact story from two male friends. It's more common than you think. Both girls ended up crying and shocked. Nothing you did was wrong. Pure accident. Only thing I'd be concerned about is the fat chick's statement when she came in and asked if you "raped" her friend. Your girl already feels hurt/shocked. The last thing you want is her fat friend to implant the idea in her emotional head that she was "raped". Not trying to scare you. I've heard crazier things happen though. Always …

First off, never again let a bitch shoo you out of your own room. Secondly, my brother is in a similar predicament. I've tried to reason with him, tried to get him to read The Rational Male, tried to get him to read Book of Pook, etc... he won't buy any of it. He thinks I'm just bitter, which is ironic because he's never dated a girl in his life much less had a kiss and I've been with 20+. You can't force the Red Pill on anyone. I get what you're saying about looks and don't necessarily disagree. Here's how I see it though.... At the end of the day, even if I don't get laid more from the Redpill principles I'm learning, I'm just grateful that my eyes have been permanently opened to the evil of feminism. I'm grateful that I will never end up in a bluepill marriage. I'm grateful that my former bluepill fantasies of finding my "soulmate" and living happily ever after in a Disney-like existence have been crushed. Sure, I mi…

Just for clarity, in no way do I believe marriage is weak. Many Redpillers have married/are married and have successful marriages. However, many Redpillers have also decided that the risk is simply not worth it for them personally. That is the route I have chosen. The possible benefits just aren't worth the risk to me personally.

SHBG is a protein produced by the liver to modulate the sex hormones(estrogens and androgens). It's affects on the body as well as the causes of to high/to low levels are still not fully understood, but here are the basics as it relates to testosterone: When SHBG is to high, it binds up free testosterone which lowers the testosterone you have available for sex, muscle-building, etc... Total testosterone, however, will be elevated since SHBG binds to androgens and prolongs their stay in the body.…

Definitely to low. Also recommend getting your TSH(Thyroid Stimulting Hormone) checked. 80% of the population has some level of hypothyroidism. Thyroid heavily influences testosterone production. If your TSH is above 2, you have some level of hypothyroidism. One of the first things you learn in studying endocrinology is that you can't modulate any single hormone without ALL the rest being affected. Many guys with low testosterone find they also have adrenal and thyroid insufficienies. That's not…

I'm new to redpill, but I'm studying to be an endocrinologist so I'll chime in here. You'll want the following checked: 1) Free Test: Primary marker of testosterone levels. This is the testosterone immediately available to your body for muscle-building, sex, etc... 2) Total testosterone: This number isn't as useful as many doctors like to think for reasons that I'll explain lower down. 3) SHBG(sex hormone binding globulin): I could write an essay on this. It's produced by the liver to modulate h…

I played 1 year of college football at a 95% black school. Many of the black guys there were very alpha, yet most of their girlfriends were loud-mouthed, masculine, aggressive people despite their alpha boyfriends. If men are truly to blame for aggressive black women, then Asian women, Latina women, and white women would all act the same in our increasingly feminized culture. That is not the case though. Black women are the only females in the U.S. culture with hypermasculine personalities.

That's a load of crock. Denying oneself is one of the primary traits of an alpha male. The drug addicts, alcoholics, video-game obsessed recluses, and obese food-addicts are all examples of what happens when a man does not deny himself. Denying oneself equates to self-discipline. Not sure how you don't see that as alpha. All the great philosophers and religions are based upon self-denial for the purpose of long-term gain. Go read the writing of Socrates, Plato, Buddha, Islam, Jesus, etc... Hell,…
