1	The only thing you need to remember. I always found the "Are you going to die?, no? Then DO IT" Kinda logic Bad; I love extreme sports and each time I go parachuting or skiing I have a chance to die. A better line of thinking (or at least the one I use) is Do you want to do it? Then don't put any excuses, and just DO IT, It doesn't matter if you "die" Hurt your lower back or whatever.
