Thank you Chad - you're the fucking man

You don’t have control over your frame size, just aim to be the biggest and leanest you can be. You will never get ‘too big’ naturally. Just lift and eat well. This. The goal should, as a natural, to just get as big and lean as you can over time. You're never going to get too big as a natural, so just work on maximizing your genetic potential naturally over time. If you like being a bit bigger, aim for 13-15% year round. If you like being leaner, aim for 10-13% year round.

Thank you for recommending this read. Listened to about an hour of it. Fucking terrific, just what I need

Yeah this too. Fuck when you put it that way - why'd I even waste my time writing this out. I have a long way to go.

Yeah I mean I agree - I'm still on my journey like I mentioned in the post. I've got a long road ahead. But I guess my question then is like - is this sentiment/feeling/realization normal?

I thought I was weak... Pre rona (peak bulked fwiw) I weighed like 170lb and am 5'9. I hit a 190x3 bench, 375x7 DL, and 300x3 squat. I had been training for like 1.5 yrs I think when I hit those lifts too. But I'm on my shit day in and day out. I've been uber consistent.

TRP preaches that the only way to get women is have a six pack and look perfect This isn't the focus at all of TRP. At least from my point of view, TRP is about self improving all aspects of your life as a man. Money, game, style, physique, personality, experiences, etc. The reason why everyone here turns to "lift more" as a generic response to most problems is because, well, it fucking works lol. Lifting/fitness is not only the most controllable way for any human to elevate their life in a shor…

It's all going to come down to diet/recovery. If you get in sufficient protein and calories per day to slowly gain weight, and you sleep 8+ hours a night, you can easily do both. The problem is when you try and cut while doing BJJ and lifting. You will risk muscle loss if you do too much cardio/slash your calories too hard. The key is keeping total caloric intake close to maintenance throughout (i.e. slightly over if you want to add mass, and slightly under if you're cutting) so that in gaining …

You shouldn’t be so hell bent on one girl in one situation. You’re playing in her frame and thinking about this shit too much. You should have more options. More leads. More potential women to fuck. If you did, you wouldn’t have spent 30 mins writing 3 paragraphs about this one girl you almost had a 5% chance of fucking.

There are so many things in this that signal to me that you haven't read and really internalized the sidebar/the rational male. Read, internalize, and understand the content. You won't need people on the internet to answer your question about this one girl afterward.

I mean I know nothing about you, but I have been thinking of moving to Denver, Dallas, or Arizona (I'm a South Floridian fwiw).

Yeah everyone’s goals on social media are different. I post shit whenever I want. Following isn’t huge tbh. But some guys legit want their Instagram to help them get ass. If that’s their only intention, then DHVing and faking the shit outta your gram is the way.

Yeah agreed. 8-15% is definitely the range for most people. Everyone's natural body fat set point will be somewhere in here. Of course anyone can get sub 8%, stage lean. But that is unsustainable. If you're one of the luckier people with good genetics, you can easily stay 8-12% year round and bulk/cut. For most people though, 8% is on the low end. Still achievable, but for most, really hard to maintain year round. 10-15% between cut/bulks should be what most aim for. 10% isn't too low where you'…

IG/Social media is all marketing. It's a highlight reel. In an ideal world, everyone's "authentic" is high value, highlight reel-esque. In reality, it's not. Having a good social media is all about flexing and DHV. But also post what you want, when you want. It's a balance I feel.

NYC is turning into a shithole - you can thank De Blasio for that. Politics aside, NYC is a game rich environment but yeah dude tbh, you're prob better moving out and going somewhere with cheaper rent until the Wuhan flu subsides. You'd prob cut your rent in half (at least), and be able to spend time in a whole new area of the country. I'd do it tbh.

Im gonna try this tbh. All of my pics are terrible quality (i.e. grainy af). A good friend of mine who knows his way around a camera said he'd take some of me this weekend. I feel so long as every single one of your pics isn't professional, you're fine. Like make the 1st pic a professional level pic, then toss the more casual shit in there so it doesn't seem try hard. If im going to spend mind numbing time swiping on this app to get pussy, I may as well give myself the most efficient means to do…

This. Just read/listen to books on Audible. Rational Male is really all you need. Re-read it a second time if you're feeling lost. Movies should be sources of entertainment primarily.

How do you know the "Strong pensive alpha" is being overlooked? I feel like these are the people getting laid all the time. Coming from someone who went to school in Boston and grew up in Miami.... Being strong and pensive also doesn't mean being an incel and not talking to woman. You need to talk to girls to get laid, lol.

So I don't usually do this, because, like the other guys mentioned here, they're working and idk, just not my thing. But, I have a buddy who does this, often. Often times it makes our experience a little awkward, but we both dgaf, so it's fine. He's gotten a few numbers from it.

Yeah agreed they are all prob on gear. Nothing wrong with that either. I'm staying natty though. Gonna max out my genetic potential before even considering roids. But I agree. In general, for most dudes, as long as you stay in the 8-12% bf range while cutting and bulking, you're going to probably almost always be in the top 20% of male physiques, slowly getting closer and closer to the top daily. The key is staying lean as a natural, which means it's a slower process. But being lean is definitel…

Look at this. https://www.cdc.gov/obesity/data/adult.html "The prevalence of obesity was 42.4% in 2017~2018. [Read CDC National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) data brief]" Almost half of the US is Obese. Not just slightly overweight. Obese. I'd bet that roughly 70% of the US is overweight or obese. If you lift and track macros consistently for 5-10 years, and focus on getting stronger, you will be in the top 10-20% of Male physiques, at worst. The top 5% of guys are those with really elite …

Just approach people at bars and social events. Go to music festivals. Doing it in public is weird. Isn't this...well...cold approach? The venue makes no difference. Approaching people you don't know, whether a bar, club, walgreens, grocery, etc. is a cold approach. If you're well calibrated, and know how to interact appropriately (i.e. calling out awkwardness, reading body language appropriately, keeping things interesting, etc.) it's not weird at all.

Start browsing this forum: https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/ Everything you need to learn about the Finance industry (career, pay, etc) is here. Great forums too. More generally though - Figure out your priorities, where you want to live, etc. Do you want to make more money and work longer hours, or have a better work-life balance and make a little bit less? Find companies you find interesting and leverage your STEM degree as a means to getting in - companies thrive and die by their innovation, a…

Math and computer science majors have recently been getting scooped up by the Finance industry. Look into it, see if it is something you are interested in. You'll def make more money in Finance. Also - you probably will never know exactly what you want to do. I'm 2 yrs out of college, still no idea. The only thing I do know is to keep improving myself. Network your balls off. Learn about every industry and every potential exit opp you have after you graduate. Your STEM major(s) will get your foo…
