Why are you having a conversation about leadership in a relationship? Leaders don't talk about leadership, they just lead.

Exactly what I did with a pair of football tix I tried to sell on CL. I met the guy at the agreed upon location. He was twenty bucks short of the agreed upon price. Time was running out to get them sold, so I'm sure he figured I'd cave. I told him I'd rather keep the tix even though I couldn't use them than sell them to him and started to leave. Suddenly a wild $20 bill appeared and he now had the agreed upon price trying to get me to not leave with the tix. This strengthened my resolve. I was n…

Fair enough. I just feel like the real issue is the swinging and the affair is fallout from the real thing that killed their relationship.

What a clusterfuck. If you're trying out swinging two years into being married, you really made a big mistake getting married. I feel like OP of this thread really underplays the swinging, but I feel that's the most important part of this story.

Which to me describes cats perfectly.

Thank you so much for posting this. I'm going through a trying professional situation right now and reading your post transformed this anxious feeling that I had about it into a renewed appreciation for what I do have in my life. Everything is going to be OK. I don't have to feel like a bundle of nerves over this. Amazing things are going on around me and I'm not taking enough time to enjoy them. Thank you for reminding me.

Sometimes I think this sub gets their head a little too far up its own ass. I think this thread is one of those times.

I'd suggest SE Asia instead. I didn't like India.

And got told such terrible things as "Good morning" and "Have a nice day ." Scum of the Earth.

Is this just an elaborate humble brag? The guy has such a big penis that his promiscuous girlfriend is hesitant to cut him loose because he might not ever find one that big again. This is definitely first world problems for this guy.

Your post has convinced me. I haven't lifted weights in years, but today I'm going to go get started. Anyone want to point me in the right direction of a good basic weight routine that I can hit the gym and get started with? Despite being athletic I've never been a fan of lifting weights and spent the better part of my life making excuses not to go. I want to get a manageable routine that I can establish to keep myself going. Enough excuses.

That's not relevant. It also isn't necessarily true. I think you underestimate the general public's ability to forget controversy.

It sounds like she will get half of his residuals not future earnings from new projects. Still really fucked up, but not quite as bad as half of every check he will receive for the rest of his life.

It's fine that he didn't want to continue the trip, but the whole flying the mom over to enjoy the rest of the trip thing just blows my mind. That the mother would have accepted that arrangement speaks to the quality of the family.

Well considering he would spend a minimum of 8 hours a day in front of those spreadsheets I'd say that's pretty obvious.

He's young, give him a chance. The tangible benefits are likely to increase as he gets older and the intangible benefits are numerous.

My son takes out the garbage including all of the dog's poop bags so I don't have to. That's a tangible benefit.

Is that not a problem anywhere you go to fuck a prostitute? Don't fuck street walkers and you should be OK. Bar girls, parlor girls, and outcall girls all get regular testing. Go to a relatively reputable place and you're about as safe as going to a prostitute anywhere else in the world. Just wrap your junk and hope for the best.

If you want to really do it right get on a plane and go to Thailand. I've never slept with a prostitute, but I've heard plenty of stories when I lived there. Truly epic place for that sort of activity.

Use cash more often. The money you're spending seems less tangible when you're swiping.

who tentatively suggested that there might be some merit in a measure that counteracted the prohibitively high cost of childcare in Ireland, So give them a tax credit.

See here's the thing, it's supposed to be child support. The objective is to pay for the child's welfare. Not to set up the child and the mother in a real nice house. Not to say that some of the money can't go towards keeping a roof over the kid's head, but realistically the mother should work to make money for that and the child support should go to clothing, feeding, and educating the child.

I know a woman that held a divorce party to celebrate the finalizing of her divorce. She sent out invitations and everything. I thought it was incredibly crass and haven't had much to do with this person since then.

So was it a woman that made you this angry? Must have been because you can't type a line without using the word "Cunt." Did she hurt you real bad? Good.

So long as we're sharing I guess I'll put in one of my funnier Mom is beating me stories. By this point I was a young teen and a little sick of getting hit. So when she went to wallop me I caught her hand and held it there to let her know I wouldn't let that happen. So she swung with her other hand and I caught that as well. She kind of had a stunned look on her face like she couldn't figure out what to do now that I had caught both of her hands and were holding them firm while my gaze bore a ho…

Apparently you don't know many lazy good for nothing people. I happen to know a few. She's obviously fed him some line of bullshit about not being able to work due to some "stress" or some physical malady. In your rush to prove how ultra-feminist you are you probably missed that.

Right. Can't as in "Not able," rather than "Not allowed."

I don't think the issue is that he doesn't think she should work. I think she's just a lazy bitch and has convinced him that she can't.

Not to come down too hard on you, but some of you guys on here fucking astound me. Where the fuck are your balls? You let a woman treat you like this? What the fuck has happened to men? You've already ruined things with this one. So leave, find a new one, and don't be such a pussy next time.
