2	What is more exciting than sex? Go slow!!!!!!!! Seriously baby steps, it is the worlds longest marathon and literally just shuffling your feet along is a winning strategy. What I mean is don’t try to be perfect or even optimal! Just make it a habit and go A LOT over a LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
