2	What is alexithymia? Very interesting research and much needed. I’ve spent 3 years collectively between couples therapy and individual, and while the findings of this research, seem to apply to me, neither of my therapist have been able to put a word or diagnose to it. It’s always chalked up to “men have a hard time talking about their feelings”. 2	Men are opting out. I really like that term “opting out”. I’d say I’m opting out of relationships with women currently. I was hurt in a long term relationship and forced to sell my home. I’ve since recovered, with the help of therapy, but have no desire to pursue the modern woman. My believe that feminism plays a part in that, but it’s more of the overall mentality of women today where they feel entitled to everything but accept little to no accountability for their own actions.
