If Zim had been convicted in the murder charge, the Feds would not have looked into a civil-rights charge. It was the attitude that 'they' wanted to get Zim on 'something' that gets to me.

There is nothing to indicate that he even knew about her first court appearance or that he was informed of it. It's possible it happened as you believe and he omitted saying so. But again there just isn't enough information.

I don't see that. Cornejo's ex-girlfriend swore in court more than a decade ago that he was the father of her child. Cornejo was served with child support papers just last year... It doesn't say he was in that court ten years ago.

I did. "And after I won a civil judgement..." But the civil court can only grant a limited monetary award - it has no means of forcing him to remove the lien, or prevent him from adding another one -- which deprived me of my property rights. I had to pay his extortion in exchange for removal of the lien, and then I sued to get the money back.

Our government prosecutors have "discretion". If they don't charge someone, that person goes free. I had a guy file a fraudulent lien on my property (defined as a third-class felony), and I couldn't even get a detective to question the guy. And after I won a civil judgement in which the judge described the criminal's actions as "fraud", the police still wouldn't question him. What's all this crap about it being hard to teach boys to clean themselves? Circumcision is barbaric. Girls' urethras are inside their labiam minora/majora which means they dribble urine inside - which is a similar hygiene issue. Don't their mothers teach them to wash daily?

I had a girl who left her email account open a couple times. I verified my suspicions, and then questioned her nonchalantly, even suggesting that her emails would be revealing.... Brought it again up the next day, and her response was that I wouldn't find anything in her emails - which I took as a challenge.
