Let's assume this attractive woman is an 8. The guy can be an 10 or a 6 based simply on the first thing he says (all else being equal. Normal height, normal looks.) His compliment screams "I'm really a 6 but I'll buy a point being nice" She knows that those words are manipulative rather than sincere. Why would she enjoy that? A neg or two says "I'm so used to hot women that i don't care if you feel good or not. Do you have anything else than your fortunate genetics. Prove yourself to me." gameth…

In my personal experience, I found that I only had to fake it for a short while until everyone started to believe it. As I met new people who had only met the confident guy it became easier, more congruent and soon enough it was effortless to maintain. It seems likely that I should have been this way all along, the reluctance was all in my head. Amusingly I just met a former stripper with fakies (of course) and I'm planning to smash that pretty thoroughly! Wish me luck☺

AndreNowzick I tend to agree with you, and I was not planning on ending things just yet. As I said, she has left. Can I go back to a blue pill mentality and life? No. You only take the Red Pill one time, that's it. You can't unlearn it. And my SO is not willing to live with me, as I said she no longer controls everything and would rather be at home with her dad ... whom she can manipulate as needed. I am seeing my daughters every Sunday due to a court enforcable agreement, which I had to instiga…

Your post is Awesome sauce man, Awesome. It sounds like you hit a state where you are happy with/without a female in your life and ppl can see that instinctively. A lot of stuff you said resonates with me; I too am lifting, and I aim to be a lot stronger than just 'a little above average'. But that is for me, not for the ladies. Well ok maybe they can look. I have got the E Tolle book, it is on the reading list and I will add KWML also. I'm glad for you that you found this out at 25 ... instead …

I was already doing this which appears to dovetail nicely with monk mode. Not sure if others have already linked to this, or perhaps they think it's all rubbish ... however I can say that his approach to training is quite refreshing.

I'm definitely going out tonight, the risk of becoming a keyboard warrior is real. I will not be looking for anything but a fun night out. I will be OI (outcome independent) in relation to sex/women. I feel that building a circle of male friends is a healthy thing to do. Staying at home, even if i'm reading productive stuff, is not an answer.

What can I say, i'm HL ... but I will look into Monk Mode. Because you are basically right. My interactions with women, even those who 'fit the bill' ie single, attractive, aruond 30 - they feel a bit strange and the wierdness is coming from me.

Already doing it, squats 105kg and deads at 100. I'm there 5-6days a week so yeah, the pot belly is almost gone. 5kg from 6pack I reckon. 180cm, 5'10 93kg. Haven't been using zinc specifically. Thanks for advising me to get a more filthy mind, i'll work on it :)

"While growing up I only experienced the dysfunctional marriage of my parents. My father was an alcoholic and physically abusive, later found out he was bipolar and this mostly caused his unpredictable behavior/temper. I cut contact with him when I was 16 (now 20) and now he is most likely a drunk bum living under a bridge. Never seeing him again." You are trying not to be your father, this was indicated by what you titled your post - you need to 'handle your temper'. Then you confirmed it to me…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
