Also, if those men are found guilty and a replacement is found, wouldn’t it make sense for around half of the replacements to be female? That’s the way it should be. If we truly believe men and women are equally capable of holding these positions then around half of them should be female just by way of probability.

The example the author gave was that he had to do a scene that showed his naked body. It was apparently a short, throwaway scene (I don’t watch the show so I’m just trusting the author on this) that didn’t mean much in the grand scheme of the show. Despite that, hundreds of female writers took to their blog posts and tabloid magazines writing essays analyzing if he used a body double for the scene. While I understand your point, I think he just feels people should be talking about him on the mer…

What a shame. Some of the most memorable teachers I had in high school and currently have in college are male. That's not to say the female teachers were bad, I just seemed to get more out of male taught classes. I may be biased, being a male myself, but I have talked to some of my female classmates who agree with me on that.
