Sell the house or she will stay in it until your legally done and she can control the speed of that. My stbx is freeloading now and it’s been 18 months. Should hav3 sold instead of trying to buy her out. It also Creates physical separation so you can have some freedom and peace of mind.

Don’t keep the house and pay her out. She won’t leave easily. She gets free accommodation is what she’s looking at while saving as much as she can. Physical separation is the key or your gonna hate each other soon enough if it’s still friendly now.

I went through this course that i heard about in a divorsed mens FB group (linked below) that got me back on track. Its called the Alpha Code Academy. Check it out on Insta or Facebook to see if it looks like a fit for you. Us men have a lot of low self worth when this happens to us and feel there's no way back. Could be an option for you brother. If you do follow up and join tell them Dave linked you to the course for me. Thanks https://www.facebook.com/thealphacodeacademy instagram - thealphac…

I’d tell your stbx that your friend has requested full payment buy the end of a given month and pay it from the joint account. It’s in the open and she knows it needs to be paid. All above board then. Pay the debt before you split.

Give yourself some time to feel shit mate. Having a few or drowning your sorrows a bit is ok imho as long as you realise you will get have to get over this and get yourself back on track. For fucks sake, don’t try get her back, you didn’t own her, it was just your turn, you have a sever case of oneitis......another will come along but only if you start living and working for your own self worth. Chin up mate. Start living your life your way....

Listen to this guy👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 He is spot on...live your life more. Build your wealth and experiences. Visit Richard Cooper and Rollo Tomossi on Youtube and take in there wisdom.... I’ve told my sons to live life and not get tied up until there in there 30’s. Plus I don’t want to be a grand parent just yet...I’m only 47....

I have been 100%of the marriage and she has worked probably 50-60% of the time. She is currently working now. I don’t think Alimony will be a problem for me. My children are adults. No support needed now, we’ve done well with them all and they are great people.... I won’t be paying here until I’m 70, it’ll be a split of assets and if she wants to fight hard she will get a little more than I will. I can’t stay in an unhappy marriage just because we get together as a whole family from now. My elde…

Thanks warrior_up. Whilst thats be great i need to leave first haha. And we will need to communicate because of our sons requirements. I like the idea though as i could easily shut the door now...but i wont be sending or listening to any emotional pussy comments. She’s never been like that ever and i doubt she will lower her flags and start, nor will I now. I’m becoming red pilled my man.

It sounds like your kids been brainwashed just a little.... my sons know exactly what my wife is doing as I’ve been honest with them about her behaviour (but mine hasn’t had an affair that I’m aware about ).... they know I struggle with her and that I’m there for them u til it’s time... which is soon I think...
