Admirable, perhaps not. But let's look at this from the other extreme: Lets say the girl had gotten drunk, gotten into a car, ran over a curb and killed someone. Would she be completely off the hook, just because she was intoxicated? I highly doubt it. Rather, the court would probably determine that, even though she was acting in a diminished capacity (and hence would probably have received a lesser charge in the first place), that she was still ultimately responsible for her actions.

I've always wondered about this: So if the girl is intonxicated, and the guy isn't, the guy is considered responsible. If the guy is intoxicated, and the girl isn't, the guy is responsible. If both parties are intoxicated, the guy is responsible. Is this basically the case?

I don't know if it would be considered ironic, but I find that anyone who claims I have privilege based on my gender or race to be bigoted. They are generalizing an entire group of people- that is the definition, is it not? Especially if they don't know me, all they can do is presume and accuse me of hypotheticals. Facebook fascinates me. There is none of the anonymity that generally insulates people who otherwise post stupid shit, but despite that, people seem to forget that a) Facebook isn't their own, personal pep squad, and b) some of the things they post might be hurtful, or people might otherwise simply not agree with them. Otherwise normal, rational, everyday people, who you are friends with, will turn into super-trolls. I applaud your bravery, but how many times have people felt really super awkwar…

Are there any books, magazines, etc. you'd recommend? As a guy, I of course sympathize with the MR movement, but I don't feel educated enough on it that I'd feel comfortable in a similar position to what you describe.

Pregnancy: 100% the female's I agree...I mean, she is the one carrying the child, and the alternative is forcing her to carry it...but I've never felt fully comfortable with the notion that in cases of abortion, for example, the woman doesn't even have to consult the father on something that is 50% his. If my girlfriend turned around and did this, I'd be devastated. I know there isn't much of a middle ground, considering the circumstances, but...

I think the argument could be made that tribalism, for a lack of a better term, is an element of human nature. We all long to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. This has both positives and negatives. But you're right in your point, of course.

I don't really see why it was necessary to bring race into this, and to specifically target white people. Are only non-white ethnic groups allowed to take pride in the acheivements of their ancestors and racial brethren? Is no one allowed to do that?

I agree wholeheartedly. However, right or wrong, as the number of men she accuses who are later found 'not guilty' rises, so too does her own credibility diminish. I didn't come away from this article feeling she was to blame, for the reason you mentioned. However, it did make me feel all the stronger that the accused in these cases should be entitled to just as much anonymity as the defendants.
