Wake up. You are at war now my man, read stories on this sub. She cheated on you, she's not your wife anymore, her excuses don't forgive that behavior. Look out for yourself, work on yourself. Become a better version of yourself and move forward. Life is much better on the other side when you have your self respect back.

Like many of the other guys that commented, your situation sounds exactly like mine. Except I took the path of trying to just power through it, I have 4 kids now. Each time the desire for another kid came up she changed her behavior for a time (years) then reverted back. I believe postpartum depression is a thing but I also believe women are capable of playing a super long game to control you. You need to take care of yourself and advocate for you, she sounds like a pretty devious one tbh, if yo…

Im 39 with 4 kids. I am fit and have a good career. I attract mid 20's. You have less damage than me. Key is to be ok with being by yourself and think of the next girl as a nice to have that can augment your life, not be the reason for. You will kill it, if you take care of yourself before her. My brother you have no idea how good life can be!

You are 29, as a male if you keep putting the work into you (working out, advancing your career) you will have 0 issues finding a woman that is worth your attention. This behavior from her is unacceptable, cut your losses. You wont even peak for another 6+ years, you will be able to lock down someone else with the right attitude if you respect yourself and establish proper boundaries.

SAHM is the way to go if you want children. But brother you need to be so careful in vetting. My Ex latched on you me because of the opportunity I provided, bore me children she now uses as a paycheck. She "cares" about them but they have always been $$ and security to her. You need to vet any woman how they interact with children where there is a genuine love for kids and their well being. My ex is devoid of that and it costs me A LOT of money.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
