Because if the rolls were reversed nobody would show up. Ladies night is a night for men where the establishment pay women in free drinks to be mannequins and entice men to come. The whole thing is to treat women as something to oggle at. It's not a pussy pass as much as it's undervalued labor. What woman would want to go to a place where a bunch of guys are getting free drinks? It's ridiculous to think that ladies night is for women

Talk to your local chamber about networking events. The whole thing is to pimp out your business and meet new people, easy way to approach and see who's there. You can make a lot of new friends that way

I've had the same problem, I realized that you should just go for it. The girl won't freak out. My favorite move is when I'm next to a girl and we've been hitting it off during a moment that's silent I take my hand and turn her head towards mine and go in... That works like 90% of the time with me

the problem is he breaks rule #1 he says "i love you." i grew up with 1 rule that my father taught me and that rule is NEVER SAY I LOVE YOU! the more you say it the more shit you have to deal with and the more it looses meaning and you become a shell.
