I would try to get those in by trying different variations. Romanian deadlifts, Bulgarian Single Leg Squats, Box Squats, Single Leg RDL, etc. Find a variation that is comfortable and do the assistance exercises for what you are missing.

Your lower back will usually be the limiting factor on this movement. Personally when I do barbell rows I prefer isometric holds at the top since the weight will have to be lighter. Since your just begging though I would have to agree with ponkyol. Rows and Pullups in any way shape or form will be beneficial.

I was going to ask for the poll data. If TRP hasn't done one I think that taking a poll is something worth looking into. Allow the posters to better curate their posts, help the rest of us understand why certain topics seem to appear more often than others, and help our fellow Redpillers get the information they need.

My mother works for a school and she was just telling me the other day how many kids are named Neveah and how dumb it is. (heaven spelled backwards)

I was starting to drift away from country anyway. It is just rebranded pop music. I really enjoyed the 90's and early 00's country though

I can't listen to country music at all anymore because of this.

Yes that is what I mean by almost. A few things could be reworked, nut this is MGTOW this is a lot of people's opinion here

This is almost wiki material.

I do the same. The response is something about having a life long partner to experience life with. "Fair enough", I'll say, "that is something nice to have, but can't I have that without marriage" They always answer with, "No, because no girl would want to stay with you if you don't want to marry her" Boom, MGTOW after that last statement.

The school I attended is the home of the Center for Evolutionary Psychology, and although Evo-Psych isn't offered as an Undergraduate program a lot of it is taught in the Anthropology program in which I did major. Every time I learned something new it was an eye-opening experience. "Of course that's true how the hell did I never realize that before". And the same thing happens, you can never openly discuss Evolutionary Psychology truths the same way you can't discuss Red Pill truths and for the …

Elite Daily is such crap. Between that and Buzzfeed it's no wonder why all people around college age are idiots. First the obvious fallacies in the argument about the wage gap. Second as you pointed out the women want men to be good looking, make a ton of money, and have a great personality. Well no shit who doesn't want that. But the real question is how many of these women are bringing anything similar to the table. This is where MGTOW begins, you essential adopt another person into your life …

I say something similar. Usually "Why don't you woman up and go to the kitchen and make me a sandwich."

Exactly. Obesity isn't unique to women so if SMV inflation were to occur it would occur in both sexes. Obviously looks are less important for males but as we have discussed in this sub, ambition is also something that is becoming a commodity due to the instant gratification world we live in. So OP's point is true, but just ignored that the same thing is happening in males as well.

I think a great example to help force the pull down is through the historical perspective. Do you think George Washington, Winston Churchill, Ghengas Khan or any other great man in history put women on a pedestal? Do you think they achieved what they did just by showing up? Every person knows exactly what their mentalities were like, be like them.

I couldn't agree with you more. On your first point though, they've never had to humble themselves to anything. Think about the culture they grew up with that we are constantly critiquing, their feelings have always been made important and have always been told that they are special and everything will work out for them in the end. (If you think that only girls are told fairytale endings your kidding yourself, just look at the plethora of posts that make it explicitly clear that men's inherent v…

I can't even imagine explaining the philosophy to people. I just tell people I don't want marriage or kids and that alone sends them off the rails

Yes and I think more people who have obtained this inner peace with themselves should take a more active role. I am finally starting to reach that point myself but I think using more examples and giving back to the community will help new people. It tough though because once you've embraced MGTOW ideology you opt out of participating in stuff

I believe so, they're actually how I found TRP I was browsing random one day and they popped up. I started reading their examples of how TRP ruined relationships and I knew something was up because every example was some guy overjoyed because of the changes they made even though their wives were divorcing them because of it

I have to correct you because it is bugging the crap out of me, the song is actually Carrie Underwood's Blown Away The irony is that the song is actually about an abusive parent, and that she is looking forward to the storm tearing down the house full of the bad memories. Also the single parent life must be really tough considering she has free time to record herself singing

I agree with this more than the other comments being made, but I wouldn't necessarily say that MGTOW are not alpha or that they will eventually become alpha. Some guys just don't think that pursuing women is a fulfilling exercise.
