That's not that bad dude. You could work with that. Forget about these self-imposed numbers of yours and just seek out what you actually want. Work on confidence, game, try to improve on appearance, whatever you wanna do to try and make yourself a better/more attractive you. It's entirely doable man and so much of it is in your head.

Yes. I know the exact feeling you're talking about, or at least some variation of it. When I was first experimenting with eye contact, there was this instance with a girl and I immediately felt it click. Kind of a shame it was my best friends girl, whom I hadn't met yet. Incredible feeling though.

Never think less of your attractiveness when it comes to height man. I'm not the tallest either, I'm about 5'9. However, the thing you run into is that the vast majority of women are either your height or are shorter. Many of the girls I've dated and been friends with through out the years have all been quite shorter than me. Those examples aside, height certainly isn't everything.

Most truly are clueless, in my opinion.

I'm actually the same way. I innately remember dates and numbers like that. If I had fun or anything remotely memorable happened, chances are that I have that shit time-stamped and archived in my memory.

I'm sorry dude, but how can you expect anyone to take you seriously with a username like "CaliBboy"? Reeks of try-hard.

Shit like this happens to me all the time and it's not even believable when it happens as much as it does. It's trippy as fuck, but I've come to the conclusion that I don't live by life rules and that I owe my existence solely to Tom Cruise, Bill Murray, Billy Idol, Judd Nelson, and the first three American Pie movies.

Your absolute best? That kind of thing HAS to happen naturally in my opinion. Forcing yourself to be your best self can work, but it can feel just that, forced. However, I'd say you can easily be your better self with a few tricks. I'd recommend a work out or good gym session a while before this party, that way you've got a pump going, you look good, feel good. As someone else mentioned, you can talk yourself up in your head. "I'm gonna have a killer time at this party, I'm gonna look good, I'm …

Fuck yeah. Been trying to do this more lately, definitely makes a difference in your approachability. I'm working on fixing and whitening my teeth right now, I'm gonna be killing it by summer though. Thanks for this post, OP. Always good to hear testaments regarding certain methods like this.

I actually look at it as more alpha. You're ensuring good performance and a satisfied female, that's about as alpha as you can get.

My mom and dad did pretty well on it at one time I guess. My mom is still with the dude she met on there, going on almost 7 years. As for game? I don't know. I guess I always figured POF was for people 28 and over or something. I know Tindr is super popular in people in my age range, but I don't really use it either. The thing I think when it comes to apps/sites like that, is that your phrasing and/or spelling is a big deal. Since you think yours is good, it probably isn't bad. It may depend on …

I don't know man, I think it depends on the person. The "fake it till you make it" mentality actually works for some people, and though it might be unjustified, that could change too. Everyone is better than everyone at something. That's the thing that gets me. Understanding your failings and embracing them to improve upon yourself? That makes sense and I agree with that, but there's almost always a reason to have confidence. I don't think there's such a thing as unjustified confidence unless yo…

Dude. You've totally got the wrong attitude. I'm guessing you came to this sub for advice, right? Good move, but how can we help you if you can't help yourself? Here's what I have to say and by god, just try to take the advice and please don't reply with excuses. Alright. You get quick money somehow right now, sell some of your stuff, ask someone for some money, something. Use that money to get your hair cut in a fashion so that it's easier to style or just looks better in general. Next, you don…
