I think it’s fine for shared homes to be selective with only women allowed as long as other shared homes can say only men allowed. It’s like sharing a locker room basically. Some people may only be comfortable sharing it with men while others may only be comfortable sharing the place with women. It’s the same reason we hate the phrase kill all men. All men aren’t rapists and people shouldn’t say stuff like that. Same with all women aren’t trying to falsely accuse men.
