If you are referring to a 2 to then the doctor might be able to tell the father. I just know that until the initial paperwork is filed the father has no right. If you really want to know you can try googling it, or asking another guy in this thread that was a medical lawyer.

Framing does matter, that's why I wouldn't count it if people saw us together. But instead I can walk into a room of people I have never seen before, but they have seen my father. At least 3/5 people will ask me if I am his son. They have no reason to think that as they don't know my father much or even if he had a son, yet before I can open my mouth they will tell me how much we look alike.

The only way they could effectively respond is to simply say you cannot disclose anything medical related to the child without the mother's direct consent. So you could tell the guy that he should ask the mother for consent if he asks the doctor. And then in this case it would either be the mother can sense and he finds out or she refuses to consent any presumes that its not his child.

If it's because he's not the biological father and it's medical information? Yes Can't the doctor reply: "I'm sorry, but I can't disclose medical information to somebody NOT related to the fetus."? No. He can not disclose anything without the mothers consent My mother is a doctor and I am a lawyer so while I am not specialized in medical law I know far more than most, plus I have had this exact conversation with doctors and a hospitals chief counsel.

My company has over 2000 employees, about equal spilt of men and women (60/40). Women call in sick 13x as often as men. But men are sent home by managers for being to sick to work at a rate over just over 100 times what women are. Men are also far more likely to be hospitalized when they do call in sick because typically they are incredibly sick when they call. Edit: fixed a number.

I have had several run ins with the admin in question (Kaldari). she is a extremist by all accounts. The Violence against men page has not and will not be taken down. as one person pointed out Wikipedia at the very least attempts to appear to be unbiased, and for that reason the removal of the page would never happen as it would remove that image. What is more likely is that someone would sabotage the page or intentionally make it appear to look dumb.
