Criminal history?As someone into D/s relationships exclusively there is a certain level of talk that needs to happen to make sure both people are on the same page. For hit, push etc I would say its not a necessary disclaimer but if nonconsensual harm is a pattern of behavior its best to not create justifications because it will only make a sub more reluctant to trust you, as person or a dom.
