Be the 'mayor' of the gym. What does that mean? Talk to EVERYONE! Not just the HBs. Talk to the staff, the guys working out, and just be friendly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-unuqF4uklE < It's long, but worth it, because the gym is ALL about nonverbal interactions.

It hit me as seduction related. Practicing talking over and over, then approaching, then escalating, # close etc. It's not about being a 'natural' or being socially awkward. It's simply about doing it.

Yes Ladder! I was on Jury Duty and the defense attorney did that to EVERY single witness. (Simple question anyone would answer yes to) (Somewhat reasonable conclusion most everyone would say yes to) (Wild exaggeration hoping the witness says yes!)

Married man here. Whew, why I took the plunge. Basically found a girl that I truly enjoyed spending time with. We know each others comfort zones, and try to push each other to get outside of them.
