Wait, never mind. I misread the fact due to a cold and insomnia. But if you have a party and serve alcohol you run the same risk as a bartender just you don't have to deal with the same potential loss of a license.

If you serve someone alcohol and they get into an accident you can be fined and even charged. It would have happened that way regardless of the gender. Watched the whole thing. Fuck this guy. They can refuse service to anyone as long as they word it correctly and that is "we are a private club and you are not on the guest list". Why do you think they have that list? I assume this is a club. If it is a private venue then they can set any bar they want for price of entry. They can keep you out because they just feel like it. Technically there is no such thing as a judgement of innocence. You are innocent until proven guilty. In the court your can only be found either guilty or not guilty. Your innocence is (supposedly) assumed until your are found guilty. So no one can be proven innocent in the eyes of the law. You are innocent by default. It is up to the prosecution to prove that you are not. (Or, you know, unless a woman accuses you of something.)

I don't know the rules of family court in Florida so I can't give you advice but if I can help in any way let me know. I agree, although I can't stand her singing voice (she hits the perfect pitch that gives me headaches. It can be a men's rights issue because women are more likely to abuse their children than men and it gets more evidence out there the more it is reported on. But I agree it is hazy at best to call it a men's rights issue by this one action and more of an issue of child abuse until it becomes clear that she meant the child to die because of his gender.
